Vinyl Siding
Yes. Vinyl siding may be cleaned by pressure washers significantly more quickly than by manual scrubbing. Using a pressure washer to clean vinyl siding is a terrific idea, but only an expert or qualified user should use the equipment.
Aluminium Siding
Yes. Using a pressure washer to clean aluminium is quite effective. Although metal has a stronger surface than vinyl, you should still approach with caution. You must be careful not to dent or remove paint from aluminium siding by using a pressure setting that is too high.
Stucco
Yes. Despite being much softer than vinyl or aluminium, stucco may still be pressure cleaned. We use a soft-wash technique to clean stucco, with the majority of the job being completed by specialised cleaners. The removed pollutants are then rinsed off using a light yet adequate pressure from the pressure washing wand.
Brick
Yes. Brick is permeable, so impurities like algae can seep into the siding and even begin to chip away at the mortar or grout. Brick may be safely soft washed to maintain and restore its appearance.
Concrete
Yes. Brick and concrete both have pores like sponges. Concrete surfaces become discoloured as a result of the accumulation of dirt, grime, and several other impurities over time. Power washing is a great way to flush out the pores of the concrete and restore its new-looking appearance while using a safe amount of pressure.
Pavers
Yes. To properly remove soils and other impurities from the surface of pavers, use pressure washing. Power washing will almost likely reveal loose sand, but it is reasonably cheap to have the joints sealed.
Roofs
No. A roof cannot be power washed. Because shingles are so delicate, cleaning should never involve applying pressure. However, any moss, lichen, or algae that is already present can be safely killed with a treatment. Every year, we treat thousands of roofs using a pressure washing attachment that allows us to spray the roof with the same pressure as a typical garden hose.
Windows
Yes. While a power washer can be used to clean windows, a microfiber cloth and squeegee work just as well. You must be careful not to force water underneath the window when power cleaning windows.
Furniture
Sort of. Only with light pressure should you power wash some outdoor furniture. Because there is a great potential for harm, we avoid cleaning outdoor furniture.
Cars
Yes. Your car can be cleaned with a pressure washer, but take caution. High pressure should never be applied to your car because doing so will force impurities into the topcoat. To get rid of the bigger impurities, it’s preferable to hose down the automobile first.
Rugs/Carpets
No. Rug cleaning is better accomplished with a carpet scrubber. Your rug can be harmed if you power wash it.
Refrigerators
No. You shouldn’t power wash a refrigerator because you risk damaging it. The better choice would be to apply disinfection bleach after a good all-purpose cleaner.
